Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between LaDaniel Strong (ranked 1080 p4p, 2570 weight class) and Dominik Dlask (ranked 128 p4p, 269 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, LaDaniel Strong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Dominik Dlask! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dlask tries for a takedown but Strong sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A jab from Strong misses. Dominik Dlask seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Strong stuffs the takedown attempt from Dlask. Dlask gets slowly back to his feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Dlask or perhaps it was just good defense by Strong, which made it look bad. LaDaniel Strong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominik Dlask. Strong fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Dlask shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Strong counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Strong moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Strong misses with an attempted mid kick.
Dlask tries to score a power double leg takedown but Strong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dlask somewhat. As Dlask backs away, Strong returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dlask has a takedown stuffed. Strong lands the left hand. Dlask misses with a takedown attempt - Strong sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dlask dives in and grabs Strong's left leg, looking for a takedown. Strong pushes down on Dlask's head and hops out. Nice takedown defense from Strong. No joy for Dlask on that attempt. Strong stuffs the takedown. Dlask throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Strong's waist but Strong gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dlask off to one side. Dlask moves out of range as Strong throws a body kick.
Dlask gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Strong counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Strong slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. We've been told by Strong's head coaches at Convicted Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dlask misses with a takedown attempt and Strong cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Dlask has his takedown stuffed and Strong counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dlask thinking. Dlask looks winded! No luck with that takedown attempt from Dlask. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Strong tries to land a front kick but Dlask steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. A low kick lands for Strong.
Strong scores with a sloppy right hand. Dlask should have avoided that one.
Dlask is rocked! Dlask tries for a takedown but Strong circles away easily and Strong counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dlask thinking. Dlask is still on wobbly legs! Can Strong finish him? Dlask gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Strong gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Dlask is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). LaDaniel Strong! LaDaniel Strong decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
