The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jefferson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Jefferson feints a jab promting Some to slip. Jefferson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Some slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Some is rocked!

Some clinches up against the cage.
Some manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Some pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Some fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jefferson, pushing him back against the cage.

Some lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A head kick by Some misses
enabling Jefferson to counter with a crisp jab.

Jefferson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Some's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jefferson lands a big uppercut and Some crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Some looks OK. Jefferson waves Some back to his feet!
Some is still on wobbly legs! Can Jefferson finish him?
Jefferson is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Some flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Some is out cold! Jefferson holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
