Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olyn Seran (ranked 127 p4p, 1366 weight class) and Bradley Brunswick Jr (ranked 15 p4p, 148 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seran moves in looking to clinch but Brunswick Jr pushes him off.
Brunswick Jr scores with a hook to the body. Seran takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Brunswick Jr throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Brunswick Jr thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Seran if he has to take too many more of those.
Seran misses with a takedown
and Brunswick Jr connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Seran lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Brunswick Jr throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Seran thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bradley Brunswick Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brunswick Jr avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Brunswick Jr goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Brunswick Jr throws a leg kick

and Seran counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Seran advances position into side control!

Brunswick Jr wants to control but Seran postures up.

Seran thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Seran is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brunswick Jr knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Seran tries for a kimura but Brunswick Jr is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Seran goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Brunswick Jr rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Seran's guard! Nice work there by Brunswick Jr!

Seran isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Brunswick Jr stacks Seran on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Brunswick Jr!
Brunswick Jr misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Seran is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brunswick Jr slows the pace down.
Seran managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Brunswick Jr.

Brunswick Jr trying to control the action but Seran is working from the bottom.
Seran gets back to half guard.

Seran has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Brunswick Jr. Oh but Seran has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Brunswick Jr goes limp - he's gone! Seran jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
