Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Caleb Jones (ranked 2866 p4p, 4739 weight class) and Toshiro Hitsugaya (ranked 205 p4p, 270 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Toshiro Hitsugaya was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hitsugaya shoots in looking for a takedown but Jones manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hitsugaya's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jones loads up on a big right hand but Hitsugaya slips the punch.
Hitsugaya throws a big counter head kick but Jones avoids it with no problem.
Hitsugaya shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
Hitsugaya misses with a takedown

and Jones moves into the clinch.
Caleb Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Toshiro Hitsugaya.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones jumps guard but Hitsugaya stands there with Jones around his waist. Jones gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jones has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hitsugaya doesn't defend quickly enough and Jones has managed to lock this one up! Can Hitsugaya escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Jones on a fantastic submission victory.
