Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Azor Ahai (ranked 1266 p4p, 3738 weight class) and Torsten Mjölnir (ranked 162 p4p, 415 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 22 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azor Ahai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Torsten Mjölnir!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Chris Dean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahai tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Mjölnir swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ahai throwing a counter right hand but Mjölnir manages to avoid it.
Mjölnir misses with a body punch
and Mjölnir takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ahai misses with a few strikes there.
Mjölnir has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Mjölnir thumps Ahai with a low kick.
Mjölnir moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ahai takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Azor Ahai has been cut.
Ahai tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mjölnir swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Torsten Mjölnir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ahai misses with a looping right.
Mjölnir fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ahai manages to avoid it.
Mjölnir falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ahai counters with a lovely straight right hand!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ahai throws a head kick that misses.
Ahai looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Mjölnir rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Ahai holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Ahai throws a punch but it's blocked by Mjölnir.
A short left from Ahai.
Mjölnir lands a nice uppercut.
Ahai lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Mjölnir or not.
Ahai scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Ahai manages to break the clinch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ahai crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mjölnir - the referee stops the clock and Ahai gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mjölnir. Ahai manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Mjölnir checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Mjölnir throws a body shot but no joy.
Mjölnir throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mjölnir misses with a few strikes there.
Mjölnir throws a jab when Ahai was well out of range.
Mjölnir ducks under a wild hook from Ahai.

Ahai fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mjölnir, pushing him back against the ropes.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Mjölnir.
Mjölnir lands with a short shot to the head.
Ahai scores with a shoulder strike.
A head punch on the inside from Mjölnir fails to land.
Ahai lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Ahai misses with a punch to the body.
Ahai throws a head punch that misses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ahai.
Mjölnir lands a right hand.
Ahai trying to stall but Mjölnir improves his position.
Mjölnir throws a punch but it's blocked by Ahai.

Ahai breaks from the clinch.
Ahai tries to move into range but Mjölnir moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Mjölnir connects with a looping right hand.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mjölnir misses the jab.
Mjölnir lands a jab to Ahai's midsection.
Ahai lands a leg kick that knocks Mjölnir off balance momentarily.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Torsten Mjölnir will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Azor Ahai's cut.

and Ahai connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mjölnir with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Mjölnir takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ahai looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mjölnir ducks under a wild hook from Ahai.

Mjölnir clips Ahai with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Ahai a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ahai moves out of range of the leg kick from Mjölnir.
Mjölnir avoids the body shot from Ahai.
Mjölnir misses with a few strikes there.
It looked like Ahai was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Mjölnir.
Ahai swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Mjölnir looks to score with a jab to the body but Ahai is just out of range.
Ahai walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Ahai is rocked!
Torsten Mjölnir seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Mjölnir throws a lazy head kick
and Ahai counters with a straight right hand.
Mjölnir throws a sloppy head kick
and Ahai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Ahai counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
