The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lunak misses with a lunging right hand
and Knox counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Libor Lunak has been cut.
Lunak throws a lazy head kick
and Knox counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Lunak lands a nice shot that snaps Knox's head back.
Lunak's corner calls for a 1-2. Lunak obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lunak throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting Knox counter with a right hand.
Lunak tests Knox's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Libor Lunak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lunak misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A little feinted left hand from Knox on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lunak wants to clinch but Knox slips to the side
and Knox counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Knox moves out of range of the body kick.
Knox was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Knox keeps the fight on the outside.
Lunak lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Knox definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lunak misses with a looping right.

letting Knox counter with a right hand.

That has opened up Libor Lunak's cut even more.

A jab lands there for Lunak.
Lunak lands a nice shot that snaps Knox's head back.
Lunak moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Lunak pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lunak tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Knox counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Lunak has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Lunak misses with a hook.
Knox swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Lunak throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lunak lands with an uppercut that bounces Knox off the cage and back into range.

Lunak has managed to clinch.
Lunak throws a knee to the head but misses.
Lunak tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lunak's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Knox breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Lunak looks to land a left hand but Knox moved out of range nicely.
Lunak throws an off balance right hand
and Knox counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lunak gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Knox connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

The cut above Libor Lunak's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Lunak slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lunak connects with a good right hand that stumbles Knox. Knox circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Lunak throws a predictable looking body shot
and Knox connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Lunak is rocked!
Lunak misses with a lunging right hand
and Knox counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
