Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Itziar Belmond!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sergey Bakarow!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bakarow closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Belmond quickly recovers to half guard.
Belmond keeping control of the position.
Belmond makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Belmond.
Bakarow stands and throws Belmond's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Belmond is looking to reverse the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bakarow shoots in looking for a takedown but Belmond manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bakarow's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bakarow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bakarow shoots for a double leg takedown but Belmond sprawls well. He's pushed Bakarow's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Belmond lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
