Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aleks Nik (ranked 178 p4p, 1298 weight class) and Toe Jam (ranked 28 p4p, 170 weight class). Nik's entrance music is Ноггано - стволок за поясок. A fine choice. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aleks Nik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 12 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Toe Jam!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been hearing reports that Nik has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
