Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Diesel (ranked 2720 p4p, 5913 weight class) and Magomed Magomedsharipov (ranked 104 p4p, 0 weight class). Diesel's entrance music is BROKEN DREAMS. A fine choice. Magomedsharipov has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Magomed Magomedsharipov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Magomedsharipov sprawls well initially but Diesel persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Diesel has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Magomedsharipov looks winded!
Still in half guard, Diesel seems content to control.
Magomedsharipov has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Diesel is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Magomedsharipov is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
