Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buakaw Banchamek (ranked 2823 p4p, 3225 weight class) and Ford Van Der Livery (ranked 345 p4p, 385 weight class). Banchamek comes to the cage accompanied by Ram Muay. Van Der Livery has chosen Symphony No. 9 (E Minor) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ford Van Der Livery!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Banchamek.
Banchamek moves out of range of the strikes.
A cross from Van Der Livery lands.
Banchamek chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Van Der Livery lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Buakaw Banchamek has been cut.
Banchamek lands with a kick to the temple. Van Der Livery shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Van Der Livery swings for the body but Banchamek moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Van Der Livery. Banchamek does a little dance to reset his feet.
Van Der Livery lands a glancing blow to the side of Banchamek's head.
Ford Van Der Livery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Banchamek moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Banchamek scores with a head kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Van Der Livery lands a head shot.
Banchamek is rocked!
Van Der Livery feints with a jab and clips Banchamek right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Banchamek is sent crashing into the canvas and Van Der Livery leaps in for the kill! Banchamek tries to get to his feet but Van Der Livery is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Banchamek is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ford Van Der Livery!
A relieved looking Ford Van Der Livery thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
