Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Jamal Hudak (ranked 2646 p4p, 1171 weight class) and Jacque Joteel (ranked 305 p4p, 153 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamal Hudak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 33 - 21 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jacque Joteel! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hudak misses with an uppercut
and Joteel counters with a nice uppercut. Jamal Hudak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Joteel lands with a nice body punch. Hudak tries to close the distance and clinch but Joteel swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Joteel swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. A punch combination from Hudak misses. Despite the aggression on Joteel's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Hudak takes the fight into the clinch. Hudak is trying to force a seperation but Joteel has the dominant position. Hudak escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Joteel has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Hudak throws a shot from downtown. Joteel moves away and avoids it. Hudak is looking to clinch but Joteel is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Joteel misses with a looping left. Hudak throws a lazy right hand but Joteel sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hudak slips under a jab from Joteel. Joteel walks into a left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joteel looks to land a combination but Hudak avoids it well. Hudak stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hudak looks to clinch and Joteel counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Hudak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Joteel paws at him with a jab and circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Joteel! But no joy. A nice combination there by Joteel.
Hudak is rocked!
It looks like Jamal Hudak has been cut. An inside leg kick from Joteel misses. Oh Hudak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hudak avoids the head kick by Joteel.
Joteel throws a leg kick that misses. Hudak seems to have got his legs back now. Joteel lands with a shot to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Joteel tries to clinch but Hudak is having none of it. Joteel fails to land with a series of punches.
Joteel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hudak moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Joteel ducks under a wild hook from Hudak.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hudak throws a hook but Joteel blocks it. The fight moves into the clinch position. Hudak wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Joteel is trying to break free. Hudak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hudak tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Joteel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hudak scores with a punch to the head. Hudak misses with a looping left. Hudak scores with a shot to the body.
Hudak keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A right-left combo lands from Hudak. Hudak misses the shot to the body. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jamal Hudak will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jamal Hudak's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Joteel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Joteel looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Jacque Joteel seems to be getting the better of the standup. Joteel is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hudak. Hudak scores with a jab to the head.
Hudak wants to clinch up but Joteel keeps it at a distance. Hudak just misses with a punch to the body.
Joteel throws a right and a left that Hudak avoids nicely. Hudak darts in and clinches Joteel up against the ropes. A right hand to the body from Hudak.
Hudak breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Joteel fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hudak checks it well. Hudak tries to counter by clinching up but Joteel breaks away and moves out of range. Hudak cracks Joteel with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Joteel is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hudak gets a clinch. Joteel is still on wobbly legs! Can Hudak finish him? Joteel takes a shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. A right handed body shot lands from Joteel.
Hudak manages to break the clinch.
Hudak takes the fight into the clinch. Hudak's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hudak clinches up with Joteel and pushes him back against the ropes. Hudak pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hudak closes the distance and catches Joteel with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Joteel is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Joteel is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Joteel is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Hudak takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jamal Hudak! Jamal Hudak decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
