PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between AJ Brown (ranked 213 p4p, 299 weight class) and Ludko Struja Jr (ranked 27 p4p, 44 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brown might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ace Hood - Undefeated. Struja Jr has chosen Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M. as his entrance music. Ludko Struja Jr struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 207.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Struja Jr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Struja Jr cracks Brown with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Brown misses with a low kick.
Struja Jr looks to land a left hand but Brown moved out of range nicely.
Brown was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Struja Jr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brown sprawls well. Brown wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Struja Jr gets slowly back to his feet.
AJ Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ludko Struja Jr.

Brown drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Struja Jr's head, knocking him out cold! Brown is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
