Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Katelynn Arby (ranked 2544 p4p, 25185 weight class) and Jesse Kim (ranked 103 p4p, 0 weight class). Arby comes into the arena with Sweet But Psycho blaring out of the sound system. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Katelynn Arby!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesse Kim!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arby manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kim on his heels. He'll look to pass Kim's guard now, I'm sure.
Arby controlling from the top position.
Kim is looking for a triangle here but Arby uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Kim is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The referee asks Arby politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Arby prefers to stall for the moment though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim is trying to improve his position.
Arby is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Arby has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
