Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Artem Ramazanov (ranked 540 p4p, 1261 weight class) and Apollo Creed (ranked 41 p4p, 91 weight class). Ramazanov comes to the cage accompanied by All The Things She Said - t.A.T.u. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramazanov lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Creed at a distance.
Creed misses with a straight right.
Ramazanov seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Ramazanov misses with a hook
and Creed counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Artem Ramazanov has been cut.
Ramazanov has taken the fight to the clinch.
Creed misses with a punch to the body.
Creed lands a hook to the side of the head.

Ramazanov is trying to drag Creed to the mat but Creed just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Creed is pushing Ramazanov up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Creed swings wildly with an uppercut but Ramazanov uses good head movement to avoid it.

Creed breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Creed displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ramazanov throws out the jab.

Despite the aggression on Creed 's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Creed throws a shot from downtown. Ramazanov moves away and avoids it.

Creed 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ramazanov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Creed scrambles back to his feet.

Ramazanov swings widly with a right hand
and Creed counters with a stiff right hand.
Creed lands with a nice body kick.
Creed looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ramazanov tries to clinch up.
Ramazanov throws a head kick that half lands.
Creed avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And Creed responds with a good body kick, but Ramazanov manages to step out the way in time.
Creed looks to throw the jab but Ramazanov is out of range.

and Ramazanov counters with a takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Creed tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Creed wants to try and get back to his feet.
Ramazanov trying to control but Creed is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Creed really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ramazanov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ramazanov thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Ramazanov looking to control and managing it successfully.
Ramazanov throwing strikes here but Creed is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Ramazanov misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Ramazanov tries to control but Creed wriggling away.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Apollo Creed will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ramazanov closes the distance but Creed moves to the side
enabling Creed to counter with a crisp jab.
Ramazanov wants to clinch
and Creed counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A nice leg kick from Creed , right into the meat of the thigh.
Nice shot lands for Ramazanov.
Creed takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
That has opened up Apollo Creed 's cut even more.
Creed is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Creed is rocked!
Ramazanov measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Creed ! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
