Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Nolan (ranked 23880 p4p, 5746 weight class) and Danny Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaw is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Elvis Costello - My Mood Swings. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danny Shaw!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw lands with a straight right. Nolan didn't see that one coming.
Shaw fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nolan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Shaw with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Shaw with a nice cross.
Nolan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Shaw.
Nice uppercut lands for Shaw. That snapped Nolan's head back.
Nolan goes for a double leg but Shaw avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Shaw continues to drive forward.
Shaw breaks the clinch.
Shaw lands a body shot.
Shaw connects with a jab.
Shaw has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Shaw scores with a jab to the jaw.
Nolan is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shaw sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Nolan's defenses. It connects perfectly with Nolan's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
