Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kato Maluga (ranked 4340 p4p, 5575 weight class) and Jax Jacobsen (ranked 403 p4p, 479 weight class). Maluga comes to the cage accompanied by IN MY CITY. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobsen on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Nice body punch from Maluga.
Maluga fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jacobsen loads up on a big right hand but Maluga slips the punch.
Jacobsen misses with a few strikes there.
A quick step to the side and Maluga tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Maluga scores with a kick to the body.
Jacobsen looks winded!
Maluga lands an overhand right.
Maluga throws a front kick that sends Jacobsen stumbling back into the cage.
Maluga fakes the leg kick and cracks Jacobsen in the body.
Nice body kick there by Maluga.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Maluga ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Maluga goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Jax Jacobsen has been cut.
Maluga lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jacobsen at a distance.
Jacobsen takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jacobsen walks forward, straight into a front kick from Maluga.
Maluga throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Maluga tests Jacobsen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jacobsen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Maluga keeps Jacobsen at a distance using the push kick.
Jacobsen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Maluga fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jacobsen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jacobsen walks into a straight right hand from Maluga.
Jacobsen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jacobsen has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Maluga.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maluga lands a nice looking body shot.
Maluga is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Jacobsen hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
