Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between KO Jacckson (ranked 406 p4p, 1752 weight class) and Vlad Tepes Iii (ranked 55 p4p, 231 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Vlad Tepes Iii was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, KO Jacckson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 26 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vlad Tepes Iii!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tepes Iii shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Jacckson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tepes Iii sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Tepes Iii as Jacckson shoots in.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jacckson.
Jacckson takes a little break here. Tepes Iii wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Tepes Iii is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jacckson is controlling him well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Jacckson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Tepes Iii for as long as he can get away with.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jacckson throws out a loose jab but Tepes Iii uses good head movement to avoid it.

Jacckson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Tepes Iii tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jacckson is in Tepes Iii's guard.

Jacckson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jacckson goes for a double leg but Tepes Iii avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tepes Iii continues to drive forward.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tepes Iii is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jacckson has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Jacckson creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Tepes Iii sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Jacckson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tepes Iii keeps working.
Tepes Iii tries to escape but Jacckson is in control.
