Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abraham Andersson (ranked 1019 p4p, 1573 weight class) and Drax Bautista (ranked 141 p4p, 200 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Abraham Andersson !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drax Bautista!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautista misses with an uppercut
and Andersson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Andersson throws a shot to the body.
Bautista takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A swing and a miss from Andersson .
Andersson ducks right into an uppercut from Bautista.
We've been told by Andersson 's head coaches at BKC Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nice shot lands for Andersson .
Drax Bautista seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bautista misses with an uppercut.
Bautista scores with a crisp jab that stopped Andersson in his tracks.

Andersson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Andersson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bautista dives on top into guard.


Andersson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bautista stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Andersson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Andersson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bautista can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Andersson is looking for a triangle here but Bautista uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Andersson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bautista wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Andersson manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bautista prevents Andersson from improving his position.
Andersson is working hard here to advance position.
Andersson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Andersson is looking for a triangle here but Bautista uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Andersson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Andersson manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Andersson is taking a breather. Bautista says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Andersson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bautista knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Andersson lands a couple of good shots and Bautista has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Bautista is trying to remain composed but Andersson is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
Andersson scores with punches and elbows.

Andersson keeps control of the position easily here as Bautista tries to buck him off.

Andersson punches Bautista on the ear.

Bautista's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Andersson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Andersson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A left hand lands to the body for Andersson .
Andersson lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bautista backwards.
Bautista swings wildly with an uppercut but Andersson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Andersson lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Andersson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A slow jab from Bautista misses its intended target.
Andersson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bautista moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bautista dodges the punch combination from Andersson .
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Andersson , as that shot connected.
Bautista is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Andersson .
Andersson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Bautista is still on wobbly legs! Can Andersson finish him?
Andersson lands a jab to the nose.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Andersson looks to land a left hand but Bautista moved out of range nicely.
Bautista wants to clinch.
Andersson lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Bautista - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Andersson !

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Abraham Andersson !
