PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darsin Bleak (ranked 37 p4p, 262 weight class) and Jacques Bollomard (ranked 5 p4p, 32 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bleak might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. Bollomard is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mysterium. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jacques Bollomard!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bleak swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bleak loads up on a big right hand but Bollomard slips the punch.
Bollomard misses with a double jab.
Bollomard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Bollomard moves into the clinch.

Bollomard is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bleak can't fight it off and eventually Bollomard manages to take the fight to the floor. Bleak looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

We've been hearing that Bleak has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Bleak had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bollomard defends it easily.

Bollomard got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bleak has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bollomard has managed to get both his arms back between Bleak's legs - danger averted.

Bollomard loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Bleak scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bollomard land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bollomard stands and salutes the crowd.
