Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mick Taylor (ranked 922 p4p, 3174 weight class) and Jean Luc Gaspard (ranked 87 p4p, 255 weight class). Mick Taylor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaspard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Taylor moves away.
Gaspard swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Taylor.
Gaspard jabs Taylor right on the nose. Taylor blinks but takes it well.

Gaspard throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Taylor stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mick Taylor.
