Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iranian Hulk (ranked 1206 p4p, 1869 weight class) and Munkh Tengri (ranked 83 p4p, 120 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Iranian Hulk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Munkh Tengri!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tengri uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
It looks like Iranian Hulk has been cut.
Tengri has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hulk misses with a takedown attempt
and Tengri counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tengri pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hulk appears to be looking for a big counter.
Hulk looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Tengri works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Tengri throws a poor cross that misses
and Hulk makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tengri cracks Hulk with an open hand slap.
Hulk misses with a leg kick
and Tengri counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hulk shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tengri napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hulk sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Tengri is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tengri stops Hulk from passing to mount.

Hulk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tengri is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Tengri is trying to control Hulk's posture but Hulk avoids it.
Tengri is looking to regain half guard here but Hulk keeps moving and retains side control.
Hulk is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tengri has escaped the position, nice work there.
Hulk lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Tengri is holding Hulk down, trying to stall.
Hulk is looking to take a break and control but Tengri is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Tengri gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Hulk takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Hulk lands with some strikes.
Hulk wants to control the pace but Tengri is squirming around nicely.
Hulk thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Tengri bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Hulk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tengri postures up.
Hulk is really struggling to control Tengri but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Hulk is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tengri defends well.
Hulk has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tengri can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tengri slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tengri trying to control the position from guard on top but Hulk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hulk is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Hulk has his foot on Tengri's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tengri works his way back into a safe position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's time! Hulk's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hulk wants to clinch but Tengri slips to the side
and Tengri counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tengri throws a jab when Hulk was well out of range.
Hulk looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Hulk missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Tengri seems keen to control Hulk's posture.
Hulk is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tengri is trying to keep Hulk in close.
Hulk throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Tengri is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Hulk controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Tengri really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hulk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hulk trying to control but Tengri is working from the bottom.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hulk tries to clinch but Tengri moves out of range.
Tengri throws a lazy right hand but Hulk sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hulk is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tengri sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

and Tengri counters with a stiff right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hulk will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Iranian Hulk. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Tengri. No joy for Hulk on that attempt.
Munkh Tengri is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hulk looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hulk doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tengri counters with a right hand to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tengri bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Hulk gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tengri.
Tengri cracks Hulk with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tengri has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hulk to stand back up!
Hulk is rocked!
Tengri might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tengri explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Hulk doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Iranian Hulk's cut is getting worse.
Tengri keeps Hulk at a distance using the push kick.
Iranian Hulk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tengri scores with a kick to the midsection.
Tengri connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Hulk tumbling to the canvas! Tengri pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Hulk was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Munkh Tengri!
