Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Shine (ranked 2492 p4p, 3392 weight class) and Holden Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sonny Shine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Holden Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Shine does no damage.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Shine.
Gracie changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Gracie tries for a takedown but Shine circles away easily
and Shine connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shine misses with a two punch combination.
Gracie shoots in but no luck this time.
Shine missing with a left hand there. Gracie was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gracie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Shine quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Sonny Shine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Holden Gracie.
Shine displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Shine, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Shine against the cage but Shine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Shine misses with a head kick.
Shine cracks Gracie with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Shine throws an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot.
Gracie shoots in but Shine avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Shine swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Shine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Shine counters with a nice right hand that sends Gracie toppling to the canvas! Gracie scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Shine finish him?!
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie looks winded!

Gracie tries for a takedown but Shine circles away easily
and Shine counters with a crisp right that sends Gracie to the canvas! Shine follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
