Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandr Pushkin (ranked 118 p4p, 97 weight class) and Brock Dredd (ranked 17 p4p, 10 weight class). Dredd is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Wake up the Town. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Brock Dredd!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dredd misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pushkin.
Pushkin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dredd looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dredd is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Pushkin is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Dredd's shoulder. That is not cool.
Pushkin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Dredd is looking for a sweep.
Pushkin trying to control the action but Dredd is working from the bottom.
Dredd is trying to control Pushkin's posture but Pushkin avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dredd gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Dredd is refusing to be controlled, as Pushkin sits in half guard.

Pushkin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Dredd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pushkin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Pushkin wants to pass to mount but Dredd is defending the position.
Pushkin is thwarting Dredd's attempts to control the position.
Dredd is trying to get back to full guard.
Dredd is defending against the submission attempts here by Pushkin.
Well, if Pushkin is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Pushkin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dredd has managed to free his arm - good work.
Pushkin moves into full mount! Dredd won't be happy about that!
Pushkin wants to control the pace but Dredd is squirming around nicely.

Dredd prevents Pushkin from taking his back.
Dredd has given up his back.
Dredd trying to control the action but Pushkin just sinks the hooks in.
Dredd tries to break free.
Pushkin connects with a big shot to the side of Dredd's head.
Dredd is trying to roll into a better position but Pushkin has get a rear naked choke and Dredd is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
