The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
P Cruz throws a body punch but McCain moves out of range.
P Cruz stalks McCain and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McCain 's face. McCain staggers backwards, shaken.
McCain swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by P Cruz.
McCain showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from P Cruz.
McCain takes a swing at P Cruz's ribcage but misses.
McCain misses with a left hand
and P Cruz counters with a straight right hand.

P Cruz moves into range and clinches up with McCain .
P Cruz lands a nice uppercut.

McCain struggles to land a body shot inside as P Cruz controls his hands.

P Cruz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
P Cruz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and McCain scores with a counter punch that sends P Cruz to the canvas! McCain smells blood - he's punishing P Cruz with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! P Cruz has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

A relieved looking Lucas McCain thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
