Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eja Igwe (ranked 427 p4p, 1029 weight class) and Passion Pacio (ranked 43 p4p, 78 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eja Igwe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Passion Pacio!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Igwe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pacio throws out the jab.
Pacio throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Igwe.
Igwe misses with an uppercut. Pacio saw that one coming.
Pacio jabs Igwe right on the nose. Igwe blinks but takes it well.
Pacio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pacio uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Igwe.
Igwe throws a big shot that misses.
Igwe bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Igwe throws a right hand that misses
and Pacio cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Igwe misses with a lunging right hand
and Pacio counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pacio misses with a looping left.
Igwe definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Pacio misses with a hook. Igwe ducked under it nicely.
A little feinted left hand from Igwe on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Igwe throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pacio on the side of the head.

It looks like Passion Pacio has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pacio is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Igwe connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

and Igwe scores with a counter punch that sends Pacio to the canvas! Igwe smells blood - he's punishing Pacio with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Pacio has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
