Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dorian McSlide (ranked 2184 p4p, 3424 weight class) and Josue Souza (ranked 139 p4p, 187 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dorian McSlide!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Josue Souza!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSlide looks to land a left hand but Souza moved out of range nicely.
Horrible takedown attempt by Souza or perhaps it was just good defense by McSlide, which made it look bad.
McSlide is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Souza throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McSlide's waist but McSlide gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Souza off to one side.
McSlide looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Josue Souza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Souza dives in for a single leg takedown but McSlide sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Dorian McSlide has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josue Souza.
McSlide scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Souza fails to land the takedown.
McSlide lands a big uppercut and Souza crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Souza looks OK. McSlide waves Souza back to his feet!
It looks like Josue Souza has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Souza tries for a takedown but McSlide circles away easily
and McSlide counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Souza badly! McSlide follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Souza out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as McSlide finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dorian McSlide!
An out of breath Dorian McSlide thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
