Berinjela comes to the cage accompanied by “Yoda” by Weird Al. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Bruno Berinjela!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Boban Turnik!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Turnik. Berinjela does a little dance to reset his feet.
Berinjela looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A punch combination from Turnik misses.
Berinjela thinks about countering with a body kick.
Turnik rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Berinjela moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Berinjela misses the target.
Donk. Berinjela catches Turnik right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Boban Turnik has been cut.
Berinjela really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Turnik moves out of range of the strikes.

Berinjela swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boban Turnik seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Berinjela takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Berinjela avoids the head kick by Turnik.
Turnik steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Berinjela.

Turnik has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turnik misses with a looping left.
Good work by Turnik as he checks the leg kick.
As Berinjela backs off Turnik throws a huge counter combo but Berinjela manages to avoid it all.

Turnik lands a head kick that bluckles Berinjela and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Turnik no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Turnik tries to bum rush Berinjela with a series of wild strikes but Berinjela uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A big right from Berinjela misses.
Turnik throws an overhand right that has Berinjela reeling! Turnik follows up with more punches and Berinjela is out cold! This one is all over!
