The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dlask throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cruz was covering up waiting for the punch and Dlask finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cruz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dlask with a nice head shot there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dlask is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Cruz is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Dlask frees his head nicely. Oh but Cruz has switched to an armbar! Dlask is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
