The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bottles has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Brychczy misses with a left hand
and Bottles counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Brychczy thinking.
Brychczy lands a nice shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Brychczy. Bottles does a little dance to reset his feet.
Brychczy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Bottles misses with a body kick.
A left lands for Bottles.
Brychczy lands a right hook to the body.
Marek Brychczy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brychczy throws a shot to the body.
Bottles throws a looping overhand right but Brychczy ducks down to avoid it.

Bottles tries to clinch but Brychczy is having none of it.
Bottles moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Bottles drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Bottles takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Bottles throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brychczy connects with a body shot that sends Bottles's belly button to the back.
Brychczy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bottles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brychczy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bottles is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Brychczy lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
