Noeigati's entrance music is Cremation of Sam McGee. A fine choice. Korolev has chosen Holding Out For A Hero (EuroMash) as his entrance music. Alexander Korolev has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Benjamin Noeigati's chin.

Korolev has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Noeigati seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Korolev can turn it around.

Korolev looks to land a combination but Noeigati avoids it well.

Korolev moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

We've been told by Noeigati's head coaches at FIGHT FOUNDERS (CA) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Noeigati stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Korolev.

and Noeigati cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

The cut above Alexander Korolev's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Korolev lands a nice leg kick that just misses Noeigati's sensitive parts.

That was a close round but I would say that Benjamin Noeigati will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

It looked like Noeigati was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Korolev.

Korolev moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Korolev is looking to score with low kicks.
Noeigati feints and then cracks Korolev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Korolev down.

Noeigati is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Korolev lands with a big left! Noeigati is wobbled badly! Korolev comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Noeigati to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
