Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cyrus Deangelo Queen (ranked 2867 p4p, 1887 weight class) and Malcolm King (ranked 361 p4p, 260 weight class). Queen comes to the cage accompanied by Go Hard. King has chosen YoungBoy Never Broke Again – White Teeth as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cyrus Deangelo Queen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 24 - 0, fighting out of New York, Malcolm King!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Queen lands a jab to King's midsection.
King fails to land with a series of punches.
King paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
King throws a front kick aimed at Queen's knee but Queen avoids it well.
King punishes Queen's body with a nice straight punch.
A bone on bone clash there as Queen blocks the leg kick.
Queen wants to clinch.
Queen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but King manages to avoid it.
King flicks out a counter leg kick but Queen steps away.
King connects with the punch.
King misses with an uppercut. Queen saw that one coming.
King throws a sloppy head kick
and Queen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A nice leg kick lands there from King.
King bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
King misses with a straight left.
King gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Queen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Queen wants to control from the top but King keeps moving.
Queen's corner is telling him to maintain position.
King wants to stand but Queen is controlling the position.
Queen lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Queen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Queen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Queen tightens his grip and picks King up, before dumping him to the ground. King manages to land in guard.
Queen throws a strike but King rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
King is fighting to break Queen's control of his arms but Queen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
King wants to stand and escape but instead Queen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
King is looking to stand up but Queen isn't so interested in that idea.

King is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Queen is controlling him.

King lands a head kick. Queen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
King throws a hook to the side of Queen's head but Queen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

King scores with a crisp jab that stopped Queen in his tracks.

King throws a combination. Queen tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
King lands a nice shot that snaps Queen's head back.
Queen closes the distance looking to clinch
and King counters with a stiff right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Queen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. King manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

King swings for the body but Queen moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from King misses the target.
Queen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. King was covering up waiting for the punch and Queen finishes the takedown easily into guard.
King is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King keeping moving, preventing Queen from controlling successfully.

Queen throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.
Malcolm King seems to be getting the better of the standup.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King checks a leg kick nicely.
King takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A right-left combo lands from King.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Queen stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King.
King tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Queen is able to avoid easily.

Queen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Queen tries for a takedown but King sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

King swings wildly with an uppercut but Queen uses good head movement to avoid it.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
King parries the strikes from Queen easily there. Queen is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable King to escape.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cyrus Deangelo Queen.
I think King has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
