Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sheikh Mahmut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, KT Panda!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mahmut's head backwards.
It looks like Sheikh Mahmut has been cut.
Mahmut moves out of range of the body kick from Panda.
Mahmut ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Panda fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Mahmut checks it well.
Mahmut misses with a straight left.
Panda is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Mahmut with a body shot.
Mahmut checks a leg kick.
Mahmut misses with a looping right.
Panda swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mahmut counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Panda just misses with a punch to the body.
Panda displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mahmut throws out the jab.
We've been informed that Panda has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Panda lets loose with a powerful body kick. Mahmut will feel that in the morning.
Mahmut walks into a left hand.
Mahmut lands a really nice looking cross but Panda seems unphased.
Mahmut swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Panda buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

It looks like KT Panda has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mahmut is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Panda looks winded!
Mahmut circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Panda tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Mahmut wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sheikh Mahmut!
Post fight, Sheikh Mahmut stared into the camera and said 'There was something about that guys face, you just wanted to beat the hell out of it. He can't get any uglier so why not. Praise Allah Akbar!!!!'.
