Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Michal Sykora!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aslanbek Akhtankhanov!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sykora misses with the combination.
Sykora moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Akhtankhanov throws a hook to the side of Sykora's head but Sykora sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A little feinted left hand from Sykora on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Akhtankhanov cracks Sykora with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Nice uppercut there from Akhtankhanov.
Sykora is rocked!
Akhtankhanov darts in looking for a takedown but Sykora gets double underhooks and turns Akhtankhanov into the cage.
That kick from Sykora tenderised Akhtankhanov's leg. Akhtankhanov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Akhtankhanov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Akhtankhanov lands a big right hand that sends Sykora crashing to the mat! Akhtankhanov stays standing though and waves Sykora back to his feet!
Oh Sykora is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Akhtankhanov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sykora.
Sykora ducks into an uppercut from Akhtankhanov and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Aslanbek Akhtankhanov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
