Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cyrus Prix (ranked 117 p4p, 222 weight class) and Adan Puno (ranked 19 p4p, 30 weight class). Prix comes to the cage accompanied by Richard by Slowdive. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Cyrus Prix! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Adan Puno! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch lands to the side of Prix 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Cyrus Prix has been cut. Prix throws a push kick but Puno slaps the foot to one side. Prix dips to his left and cracks Puno with an uppercut!
It looks like Adan Puno has been cut. Puno lands a nice shot to the body.
Prix throws out a leg kick but Puno moves out of range and Prix only half commits. Prix sets himself, and Puno steps forward looking for the clinch! Prix avoids it this time. Prix checks the leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Prix scores with a jab to the jaw. Puno dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Puno avoids the head kick by Prix.
Puno fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Prix looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Prix swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Prix scores with a jab to the body. Prix throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Puno tries to counter with a clinch but Prix shakes him off and moves away. A kick lands to the mid section there for Puno. Prix is breathing heavily. Puno misses with a looping left. A little feinted left hand from Prix on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prix throws a body kick that misses. Puno steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Prix. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Puno gets off balance looking for a body kick letting Prix counter with a right hand. A big right from Prix misses. Puno ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Puno feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Prix sprawling to the canvas! Prix rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Puno finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Prix throws a right hand that misses
and Puno counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Adan Puno! Adan Puno is the new heavyweight champion! Adan Puno thanked the fans post fight for their support.
