Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tadahiro Nomura (ranked 1084 p4p, 2758 weight class) and Lusmu Kutvonen (ranked 83 p4p, 161 weight class). Nomura's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Nomura. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tadahiro Nomura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 33 - 24 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lusmu Kutvonen! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Sano and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nomura ducks under a wild hook from Kutvonen. Kutvonen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nomura was well out of range. Poor timing from Kutvonen. A little feinted left hand from Nomura on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Kutvonen throws a hook to the side of Nomura's head but Nomura sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Lusmu Kutvonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kutvonen misses with a jab to the body
and Nomura cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A punch lands to the side of Kutvonen 's head but he takes it in his stride. Nice shot by Kutvonen. Kutvonen thuds his right hand into Nomura's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kutvonen looks to land a left hand but Nomura moved out of range nicely. A telegraphed right hand from Kutvonen misses the target. Kutvonen throws the left hand but Nomura avoids the punch easily. Nomura is looking to counter punch. Nomura missing with a left hand there. Kutvonen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kutvonen throws a jab but it's blocked by Nomura. Nomura throws a big counter combination but Kutvonen scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Kutvonen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Nomura throwing a counter right hand but Kutvonen manages to avoid it. A looping hook to the body misses from Kutvonen. Nomura does a little dance to reset his feet. An attempted straight right counter from Nomura misses the target. We've been hearing reports that Nomura has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nomura scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nomura.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kutvonen throws out a powerful jab.
Nomura is rocked! Kutvonen sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Nomura's defenses. It connects perfectly with Nomura's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lusmu Kutvonen! Lusmu Kutvonen bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it. Tadahiro Nomura was interviewed post fight and said 'Mizu ni nagasu/the water flows.'.
