Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Duboulay (ranked 597 p4p, 221 weight class) and Freaky Trevor (ranked 66 p4p, 21 weight class). Duboulay comes into the arena with World On Fire blaring out of the sound system. Freaky Trevor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vincent Duboulay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Freaky Trevor!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trevor closes the distance and clinches.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Duboulay has hold of one of Trevor's legs. Trevor is fighting the takedown attempt but Duboulay gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Duboulay is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Trevor gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Duboulay is working for takedown but Trevor is calmly controlling the position for now.

That's time! Duboulay's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vincent Duboulay.
