Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randall Dean (ranked 1945 p4p, 1630 weight class) and Toti Rotiz (ranked 251 p4p, 220 weight class). Rotiz has chosen Southtown as his entrance music. Toti Rotiz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Randall Dean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Toti Rotiz!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dean tries to avoid it but Rotiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dean to the ground. Dean escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rotiz shoots in but Dean avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rotiz takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Rotiz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rotiz shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dean defends it nicely.
Randall Dean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Toti Rotiz.
Dean scores with a hook to the body. Rotiz takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rotiz shoots in for a takedown but Dean shows good takedown defense.

Rotiz closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Rotiz postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Rotiz working his ground and pound in the gym.
Dean takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Dean wants to get back to his feet.
Dean trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Rotiz postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Toti Rotiz spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
