Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Haisam Moghadam!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Wright throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Moghadam misses with a looping left.
Wright drops his hands momentarily and Moghadam takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Wright on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Wright misses with a head kick.
A little jabbing left from Moghadam on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Wright throws a right and a left that Moghadam avoids nicely.
Moghadam let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Carter Wright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moghadam throws a head kick that misses.
Moghadam misses with a straight right.
Moghadam throws a looping overhand right but Wright ducks down to avoid it.
Wright throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Moghadam counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Carter Wright has been cut.
Moghadam has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Wright avoids the body shot from Moghadam.
Wright misses with a takedown attempt
and Wright takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Moghadam misses with an uppercut.

Moghadam gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

and Moghadam makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wright misses with a lunging right hand
and Moghadam counters with a nice uppercut.
Moghadam uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wright.
Moghadam lands a nice looking body kick.

A looping hook to the body misses from Moghadam. Wright does a little dance to reset his feet.
Haisam Moghadam is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Moghadam blocks a low kick nicely.
Moghadam swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Moghadam takes a swing at Wright's ribcage but misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wright shoots in and drives through. Moghadam sprawls well.
Moghadam blocks a head kick by Wright.
Moghadam cracks Wright with a good jab.
Wright tries to land a body kick
and Moghadam counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Wright is breathing heavily.
Moghadam moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Moghadam paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Moghadam lands a big right hand that sends Wright crashing to the mat! Moghadam stays standing though and waves Wright back to his feet!
