Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kimmo Kallio (ranked 1238 p4p, 1226 weight class) and Ola Badmus (ranked 162 p4p, 159 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimmo Kallio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ola Badmus!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badmus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kallio throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Badmus misses with a double jab
and Kallio counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kallio avoids the head kick by Badmus.
Kallio drops his hands momentarily and Badmus takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like Kimmo Kallio has been cut.
Badmus throws a right and a left that Kallio avoids nicely.
It looked like Kallio was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Oooooh!!! Badmus has knocked Kallio down with a huge combo! Badmus steps away and waves a wobbly Kallio back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kallio is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kallio gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Badmus gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ola Badmus!
After the fight, Ola Badmus was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
