Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Guy Le Franc (ranked 274 p4p, 791 weight class) and Francesco Monroe (ranked 31 p4p, 97 weight class). Le Franc's entrance music is [I Can't Get No] Satisfaction. A fine choice. Francesco Monroe struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Guy Le Franc has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Guy Le Franc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Francesco Monroe! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Monroe looks to throw the jab but Le Franc is out of range. It looked like Le Franc wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Le Franc tries to clinch up and Monroe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Le Franc with a body punch. A glancing blow. Monroe throws a left and a right that both miss
and Monroe takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Francesco Monroe has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Monroe loads up on a big right hand but Le Franc slips the punch. A little feinted left hand from Le Franc on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Monroe lands a nice looking body shot.
Le Franc walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Monroe checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Monroe swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round. Monroe throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Le Franc was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Some wild striking there from Monroe.
Le Franc avoids the body shot from Monroe.
Le Franc tries to land a body kick and Monroe cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Monroe punishes Le Franc's body with a nice straight punch. Le Franc slips a jab from Monroe. Monroe throws a nice looking combination but Le Franc bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Monroe throws a right and a left that Le Franc avoids nicely. Le Franc tries to counter by clinching up but Monroe breaks away and moves out of range. Nice shot lands for Monroe. Monroe misses with a hook. Monroe misses with a jab, cross combination.
Le Franc swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. An inside leg kick lands from Monroe. Monroe just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fight moves into the clinch position. Monroe pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The fighters circling - Monroe throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Le Franc fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Monroe, pushing him back against the cage. Monroe lands with a short head shot on the inside. Le Franc lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Monroe is stalling here.
Monroe goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Le Franc tries to pull guard but Monroe holds him up against the cage and eventually Le Franc drops back down to his feet.
Le Franc scores with a hook to the body. Monroe blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Le Franc misses with some punches.
Le Franc throws a head punch that misses. Le Franc can't find room to land a body shot as Monroe controls the action.
A body shot lands from Le Franc.
Le Franc scores with a shot to the side of Monroe's head. Le Franc breaks from the clinch.
Francesco Monroe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Monroe misses with a right hand and Le Franc counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Monroe swings widly with a right hand
and Le Franc counters with a huge left! Monroe is in big trouble! He's backing up but Le Franc isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Monroe from any more damage. A dominating finish by Le Franc!
