Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ian Mesquita (ranked 729 p4p, 1534 weight class) and Paul Nichols (ranked 93 p4p, 191 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ian Mesquita!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Nichols!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Mesquita throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Mesquita loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Nichols scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Mesquita land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Mesquita stands and salutes the crowd.
