Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magomed Magomedsharipov (ranked 3555 p4p, 2093 weight class) and Ham Burger (ranked 0 p4p, 269 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Magomed Magomedsharipov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ham Burger!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger shoots in and bounces Magomedsharipov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Magomedsharipov is wriggling around but Burger manages to pass to half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Burger connects with a nice short shot to Magomedsharipov's temple.

Burger is pressing down on Magomedsharipov's thigh, looking to free his foot. Magomedsharipov is holding on for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burger working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Burger is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Magomedsharipov sees it coming and defends easily.

Magomedsharipov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Burger on the ground.

Magomedsharipov is bucking up trying to escape but Burger cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Burger jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Magomedsharipov manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Burger connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Magomedsharipov some visible discomfort.
Magomedsharipov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Magomedsharipov tries to get out of the position.

Burger postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Magomedsharipov out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Burger goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
