Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Enver Karacan (ranked 910 p4p, 2396 weight class) and Lance Thorn (ranked 112 p4p, 265 weight class). Enver Karacan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enver Karacan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lance Thorn! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jonathan Paton and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thorn misses the shot to the body. Thorn fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Karacan on the side of the head.
It looks like Enver Karacan has been cut. Karacan swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Thorn.
It looks like Lance Thorn has been cut. Thorn thuds a left hand into Karacan's body. Thorn pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Karacan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Karacan uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Thorn has time to react.
Thorn is rocked! Thorn missing with a left hand there. Karacan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Thorn is still on wobbly legs! Can Karacan finish him? Thorn feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Karacan sprawling to the canvas! Karacan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thorn finish him?!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Karacan jabbing away but nothing is landing. Thorn seems to have recovered his senses. Karacan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Thorn. Karacan throws a jab but it's blocked by Thorn. Karacan defending well as Thorn loads up on a big left hand. Thorn throws a body shot but no joy. Thorn throws a jab when Karacan was well out of range. Thorn throws a looping overhand right but Karacan ducks down to avoid it. Thorn throws the left hand but Karacan avoids the punch easily. It looked like Karacan wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Lance Thorn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thorn connects with the punch. BOOM! Karacan lands a beautiful left hook that drops Thorn. Thorn tries to recover but Karacan is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Thorn lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Enver Karacan! After winning the bout, Enver Karacan thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
