Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yanga Adofo (ranked 3463 p4p, 3152 weight class) and Sam Guinness (ranked 281 p4p, 270 weight class). Sam Guinness has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Yanga Adofo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Guinness!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guinness misses with a looping left.
Adofo was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Guinness misses with a right hand
and Adofo counters with a nice body shot.
Adofo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sam Guinness seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guinness swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Adofo counter with a right hand.
Adofo staying out of range there.
A little feinted left hand from Adofo on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A swing and a miss from Guinness.
Guinness defending well as Adofo loads up on a big left hand.
Guinness's jab looks to have found its range, popping Adofo under the eye.
Guinness's coach down at The Purpose Martial Arts Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Guinness's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Adofo slips a straight right by Guinness.
Adofo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Guinness throws a looping overhand right but Adofo ducks down to avoid it.
Guinness steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Adofo.
An inside leg kick lands from Guinness.
A swing and a miss from Guinness.
Adofo tries to clinch up but Guinness circles away and keeps his distance.
Guinness dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Adofo. That did some damage!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Guinness lands a jab.
Guinness throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Adofo tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Guinness looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Adofo is fending him off so far but Guinness persists. Nope, Adofo circles away and we're back to standing.
Guinness avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Guinness swings widly with a right hand
and Adofo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Adofo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Guinness swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Nice shot lands for Guinness.
Guinness ducks under a wild hook from Adofo.
Guinness throws a big shot that misses.
Guinness gets tackled into the cage by Adofo. Adofo maintains the clinch.
Adofo keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Guinness's efforts to push away.
Adofo tries to throw a body punch but Guinness avoids it by throwing Adofo back against the cage.
A short body shot lands from Adofo as the two fighters clinch.
Adofo digs a right hand underneath Guinness's ribcage. Guinness let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Guinness is trying to break the clinch but Adofo has him pressed against the cage.
Adofo can't find room to land a body shot as Guinness controls the action.
Adofo has Guinness pressed against the cage, preventing Guinness from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Adofo struggles to land a body shot inside as Guinness controls his hands.
Guinness wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Adofo has him pressed against the cage.
Guinness breaks the clinch.

Adofo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Guinness.
Guinness fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Guinness misses with a right hand
and Adofo counters with a straight right hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guinness throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Adofo counters with a crisp right hand that drops Guinness! Adofo lets Guinness back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Guinness is rocked!
It looks like Sam Guinness has been cut.
Guinness throws a left and a right that both miss
and Adofo counters with an outside leg kick.
Guinness is still on wobbly legs! Can Adofo finish him?
Guinness looks winded!
Guinness swings widly with a right hand
and Adofo counters with a huge left! Guinness is in big trouble! He's backing up but Adofo isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Guinness from any more damage. A dominating finish by Adofo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yanga Adofo!
