Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Stark (ranked 381 p4p, 737 weight class) and Leif Leifsson (ranked 50 p4p, 94 weight class). Leifsson has chosen I Will Not Conform - World of Damage as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Tony Stark has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 28 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Stark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leif Leifsson!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Stark with that takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stark is defended easily by Leifsson.
Leifsson tries to counter with a clinch but Stark shakes him off and moves away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Stark doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Leifsson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Stark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stark can't get the takedown.
Stark goes for a takedown attempt but Leifsson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Stark shoots in and drives through. Leifsson sprawls well.

Leifsson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stark manages to avoid it.
As Leifsson backs away, Stark returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

and Stark counters with a single leg into guard. Leifsson didn't expect that.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Leifsson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Stark is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Leifsson as he works his way to full guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Leifsson holds on and takes a little breather.
Stark is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Leifsson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Leifsson has escaped and now he's on top!

Stark looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Leifsson has picked Stark up and slammed him! Stark can't keep hold of the triangle and Leifsson manages to pass to side control!

Leifsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stark. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Leifsson trying to control the action but Stark is working from the bottom.
Stark tries to roll over but Leifsson keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Stark tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Leifsson stalling away here and it's allowed Stark to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Leifsson unleashes a big counter combination but Stark bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Leifsson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Stark under the eye.

Leifsson lands a big right hand that sends Stark crashing to the mat! Leifsson stays standing though and waves Stark back to his feet!
Stark gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Leifsson scores with a counter punch that sends Stark to the canvas! Leifsson smells blood - he's punishing Stark with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Stark has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leif Leifsson!
