Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devonte Pinks (ranked 2531 p4p, 2202 weight class) and Alois Vrana (ranked 295 p4p, 268 weight class). Pinks comes to the cage accompanied by HUMBLE.. Alois Vrana has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Devonte Pinks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alois Vrana!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vrana misses with a lunging right hand
and Pinks counters with a left to the body.
Vrana misses with a double jab
and Pinks counters with an outside leg kick.
Vrana scores with a jab to the head.
Vrana lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A decent looking cross lands there for Pinks.
Alois Vrana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pinks throws a head kick that misses.
Vrana misses with a lunging right hand
and Pinks counters with a nice body shot.
Pinks bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Vrana scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Vrana misses with a wild body shot.
Pinks feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Vrana tests Pinks's chin there with a solid looking shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vrana throws a good cross that connects.

Vrana misses with a straight left.
As Vrana backs away, Pinks returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Vrana ducks under a wild hook from Pinks.
Vrana looks to throw the jab but Pinks is out of range.
Vrana blocks the body kick.
Vrana lands a nice shot to the body.
Pinks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vrana.
Vrana ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Vrana feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pinkss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Vrana tries to land a body kick
and Pinks counters with a right hand to the body.
Vrana misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pinks appears to be looking for a big counter.
A slow jab from Vrana misses its intended target.
Vrana missing with a left hand there. Pinks was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pinks lands a jab.
Vrana ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Vrana misses with a hook
and Pinks counters with an inside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vrana ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pinks moves away.

Vrana looks to throw the jab but Pinks is out of range.
Vrana throws a lazy right hand but Pinks sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Pinks does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
A jab from Vrana misses.
Vrana misses with a double jab
and Pinks counters with a stiff right hand.
Vrana is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pinks lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Vrana up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Pinks from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Vrana's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Devonte Pinks!
