Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ki Ruyjini (ranked 1152 p4p, 1804 weight class) and Dick Dennison (ranked 149 p4p, 221 weight class). Ruyjini kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 修羅の花 Shura no hana by Meiko Kaji. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dick Dennison!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Ruyjini. Dennison does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ruyjini swings for the body but Dennison moves out of range.
Dennison changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Ruyjini keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dennison works Ruyjini's body with a nice hook.
Ruyjini paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ruyjini slips a jab and a cross from Dennison.

Dennison is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Ruyjini throws a head kick but Dennison moves out of range.
Ruyjini cracks Dennison with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ruyjini has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dennison to stand back up!
Dennison is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ruyjini drops Dennison with a big left hand! Dennison is injured, injured bad! Ruyjini jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ki Ruyjini!
After winning the bout, Ki Ruyjini thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
