Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Emiliano Steele (ranked 3276 p4p, 1586 weight class) and Kyle Bush (ranked 180 p4p, 109 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Emiliano Steele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Bush! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steele shoots for a double leg takedown but Bush sprawls well. He's pushed Steele's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bush darts in looking for a takedown but Steele gets double underhooks and turns Bush into the cage. Steele doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bush counters by moving into the clinch. Bush drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Steele gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Steele has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Bush uses from the top position. Bush trying to control but Steele is working from the bottom. Bush scoring with punches to the head and body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bush scoring with punches to the head and body. Bush wants to stand but Steele has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Steele controls Bush momentarily but Bush frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bush trying to control but Steele is working from the bottom. Bush is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Steele is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Steele is keen to just control but Bush is a slippery customer. Bush wants to get back to his feet.
Bush gets back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bush working for a triangle but Steele defends it easily.
Steele postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bush is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Steele, into his guard.
Steele seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Steele is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bush is aware though and is defending well. Steele looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bush working some strikes from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bush controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Steele trying to control the position.
Bush scoring with some ground and pound. Bush wants to control from the top but Steele keeps moving. Bush might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Steele haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Bush makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bush drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bush jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bush trying to control but Steele is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bush landing some decent shots from guard. Steele escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bush gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bush keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Steele's head. Bush trying to control but Steele is working from the bottom. Bush is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Bush has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Steele trying to keep a closed guard but Bush is proving a slippery customer.
Bush avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kyle Bush dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Steele gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bush counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Bush is looking for a kimura here.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bush lands a nice short elbow. Bush is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Bush tries to pass to full mount but Steele defends it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bush connects with a nice short shot to Steele's temple. Bush is trying to control the action in half guard but Steele is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bush working the head and body with strikes. Bush has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Steele defend it? Bush steps over the head and cranks it - Steele is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Bush!
