Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marco Bjurstrom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 42 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Siale Veainu!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu misses with an uppercut. Bjurstrom saw that one coming.
Bjurstrom moves into range and clinches up with Veainu.
Veainu misses with a hook to the ribs.
Veainu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bjurstrom throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Bjurstrom connects with a high kick.
Bjurstrom takes a swing at Veainu's ribcage but misses.
A head kick from Bjurstrom lands but Veainu takes it in his stride.

Bjurstrom bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Veainu enables Bjurstrom to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Veainu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Bjurstrom feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bjurstrom turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bjurstrom manages to end up in side control.
Veainu is looking to regain half guard here but Bjurstrom keeps moving and retains side control.

Bjurstrom is trying to get an arm triangle but Veainu is defending well.
Bjurstrom is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Veainu is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
You can see the frustration on Veainu's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Bjurstrom has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Veainu should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Bjurstrom has tightened it up now! Veainu should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
