Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steel Adams (ranked 410 p4p, 430 weight class) and Evan Ekbomb (ranked 54 p4p, 57 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Evan Ekbomb!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekbomb gets caught napping as Adams dives in and scores a takedown. Ekbomb manages to retain guard.
Ekbomb is looking to stand up but Adams isn't so interested in that idea.
Adams is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Ekbomb is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Ekbomb has escaped and now he's on top!
Ekbomb wants to stand and escape but instead Adams has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Adams postures up and lands a big shot to Ekbomb's brow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Adams shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ekbomb as he jumps to the side.

Adams displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ekbomb throws out the jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ekbomb throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Adams on the side of the head.
It looks like Steel Adams has been cut.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Adams drops down looking for a counter takedown but Ekbomb sprawls and moves away.

Adams's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

The referee is keeping an eye on Ekbomb - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Adams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ekbomb walks away with a smile on his face. Adams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Adams shoots in for a takedown but Ekbomb shows good takedown defense.
Oh Adams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Adams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ekbomb avoids it really well and circles away.
Ekbomb circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Adams tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Ekbomb wins by KO!
